Dice? They dont add up? Shame on you?

Each day you get 21 dice. But they dont get any higher than 59. If you have 59 thats it. Thats really a rip off. You work for the dice and you pay with the dice and you lose dice but the daily dice you dont get if you happen to have some? Whats up with that? Bad game. Not fair. If I run out I run out, but taking dice away because I have a lucky day, thats bad sportsmanship.
